Job summary

Leigh Academy Ebbsfleet, part of Leigh Academies Trust, is seeking an experienced Teaching Assistant to join the support team on a permanent basis. The role involves implementing structured learning activities under the guidance of the class teacher, supporting pupils to access learning and providing feedback on progress.

There is potential for progression to Higher Level Teaching Assistant. Working hours are 8am–4pm, Monday to Friday, with a 3:30pm finish on Fridays; interviews are Tuesday 3

Qualifications

• Experience as a teaching assistant or graduate seeking teacher training.
• Ability to implement structured learning activities and support pupils under guidance.
• Interest in progressing to a Higher Level Teaching Assistant role.

Responsibilities
