Leigh Academy Tonbridge, part of Leigh Academies Trust, is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a supportive team. The role focuses on helping pupils thrive academically and personally within a small-school College model.

The post is permanent, term-time plus one inset, with an actual salary of £19,153 per year. Full-time hours are 31.67 per week (8:30am–3:20pm, Mon–Fri). Part-time applications to 4 days a week are welcome.

• Provide in-class support to pupils
• Deliver small-group interventions to raise attainment
• Encourage positive attitudes and resilience in students
