A vibrant SEND school in Hemel Hempstead is seeking a dedicated individual to provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with special educational needs. The role involves collaborating with staff, monitoring pupil progress, and engaging in continuous professional development. Experience in a school or residential setting and a valid Enhanced DBS are required. Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with special educational needs.
Work closely with staff to contribute positively to the whole school community.
Support teachers in delivering interactive, engaging, and inclusive lessons.
Monitor and record pupil progress, offering insightful feedback to both teachers and parents.
Reflect on your practice and engage in continuous professional development.
Experience supporting children in a school or residential care setting.
A professional reference to confirm your experience.
A valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one).
Ability to commute to or reside in Hemel Hempstead.
