Job summary

Protocol Education Ltd is searching for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to start in September in Knowle, England. This position involves assisting children with their learning and development, while providing important support to the class teacher.

What you’ll be doing

• Supporting children with their learning and development
• Assisting the class teacher to bring lessons to life
• Delivering small group sessions
• Confidence in managing behaviour
• Supporting children with additional needs

What we’re looking for

• Experience in a school setting
• Some experience with SEN/ behaviour management, or an interest in developing your skills
• A team player, willing to build relationships with pupils and staff
• A calm, patient and supporting approach to learning
• An enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to get one

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
