Arbour House is an independent school with split sites – Lower and Upper, based in Weymouth and Dorchester, catering to young people aged 6-18 with complex social and communication difficulties, particularly Autism. We offer a bespoke curriculum focused on developing independent living skills and real-life learning. Our goal is to support pupils to reach their full potential, contribute to their communities, gain meaningful employment, or pursue further education.
Due to ongoing success and growth, we are seeking enthusiastic Teaching Assistants and Senior Teaching Assistants to join our small, friendly team.

This position is based at our Dorchester site, but occasional work at Weymouth may be required.
