Teaching Assistant Loughborough - SEN

Starting: June 2025

Full-time: 8.30am - 3.45pm

We have been working with schools in the Loughborough area for over 10 years and have established excellent relationships. Recently, we have placed Teaching Assistants in these schools, who have provided positive feedback. We aim to expand our pool of quality, flexible TAs to support these schools.

We are seeking a Teaching Assistant to work in a supportive SEN school near Loughborough University on a short-term, full-time contract. As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you should be an outstanding team member and meet the following criteria:

1. Experience working with children or vulnerable adults.
2. Confidence with the curriculum or supporting learners’ progress.
3. Hold a relevant or equivalent qualification.
4. Provide quality support to teachers and pupils.
5. Ability to work with small groups and individuals based on planning provided.
6. Ability to think quickly and adapt.
