Lane End Primary School is seeking a Teaching Assistant (SEND) to join their diverse community. The role involves supporting children with special educational needs and fostering their learning in a nurturing environment. Ideal candidates will possess excellent communication skills and a creative approach to education, contributing to a positive learning journey for all pupils.
From 1/9/2025 until 31/8/26 in the first instance.

You should have a flexible approach and confidence to support across the school, meeting the needs of all pupils, including those with SEND, neurodiversity, and communication difficulties.
You will support children individually, in small groups, and in the wider classroom setting, working closely with our staff team.
We are looking for someone who is creative, has excellent communication skills, and can provide children with the consistency they need.
Kindness and nurturing qualities are essential, as well as a genuine enjoyment of being part of our pupils’ learning journey.
