Job summary

Randstad Education is looking to hire a Teaching Assistant to support SEN learners aged 5-16 in a welcoming and inspiring school located in Shere, United Kingdom. This is a permanent, term-time role offering flexible working hours from Monday to Friday, 08:30-16:30. Successful candidates will help create a supportive environment for children with moderate to severe learning difficulties, including Autism and PMLD. The position includes excellent pay rates, extensive training, and clear progression opportunities.

• Any experience level will be considered, direct SEN experience is not essential.

Learners are aged between 5 and 16 years and have moderate to severe learning difficulties including Autism and PMLD. Applicants must have a background/experience of SEN and must be able to support learning across all subject areas. Candidate Requirements
