The role involves whole-class support as well as small-group and 1:1 activities, using practical, hands-on methods to build confidence, independence and a love of learning across all pupils.

Responsibilities

• Provide targeted support for children with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
• Support the class teacher by adapting and extending learning to meet individual pupil needs.
• Deliver whole-class teaching support as well as structured small-group and 1:1 activities to ensure every child can access the curriculum.
