We're currently recruiting on behalf of a well-regarded, independent specialist day school rated "Good" by Ofsted. The school provides high-quality education for pupils across Key Stages 1-3, focusing on learners with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and additional needs such as ADHD, speech and language difficulties, sensory processing issues, and associated behavioural challenges.

About the Role:

  • Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm

  • Build meaningful, supportive relationships with pupils

  • Help create a safe and engaging learning environment

  • Support pupils individually, in small groups, and across whole-class settings

  • Adapt learning activities to suit a diverse and dynamic curriculum

  • Work collaboratively to help each child reach their full potential

What You'll Need:

  • Experience working with or caring for children (voluntary or paid) - references required

  • Prior experience with SEN (desirable)

  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths

  • Right to work in the UK (sponsorship not available)
