About the Role:
We are looking for a compassionate and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to support pupils aged 4-11 with a range of complex needs. Working closely with class teachers and the wider support team, you'll help create a safe, stimulating and nurturing learning environment tailored to individual needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide 1:1 or small group support to pupils with SEN
Assist in implementing individual education and behaviour plans
Support learning across a broad and engaging curriculum
Help pupils develop confidence, independence, and communication skills
Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and families
We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in an SEN or educational setting (preferred but not essential)
A calm, caring and patient approach
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
A genuine passion for helping children thrive

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
