We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. You will work closely with an experienced team, assisting students during lessons and activities.
Your responsibilities include supporting students in the classroom, small groups, or one-on-one, providing personalized assistance to address challenges related to behaviour, focus, academic work, or social skills.
The role involves working with students with diverse needs such as autism, ADHD, Dyslexia, and Speech & Language difficulties. Your commitment to fostering resilience and emotional growth will significantly impact their educational journey and wellbeing.

All pay rates are inclusive of statutory holiday pay. This is a temporary position, with potential for permanence later. Protocol Education is committed to safeguarding children and will conduct safeguarding checks in accordance with DfE guidance, including an online search if necessary.
We provide free online safeguarding and Prevent Duty training. Candidates must have or obtain a valid enhanced DBS check and subscribe to the DBS Update Service.
