About the school:

Join our dynamic team at an SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) boys school in Haywards Heath, dedicated to providing a supportive and enriching learning environment for boys from Key Stage 2 to Key Stage 4 with special educational needs.

Position: Teaching Assistant (Part time or full time)

Responsibilities:

As a Teaching Assistant, you will support the educational and emotional development of boys with social, emotional, and mental health needs across Key Stage 2 to Key Stage 4. Your responsibilities include assisting teachers, providing one-on-one support, and creating a positive, inclusive atmosphere for students.
