Are you passionate about supporting young people in their education? Prospero Teaching is working in partnership with a welcoming secondary school in North Leeds to recruit a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join their team from September 2025.

The Role:

• Supporting students across Key Stages 3 and 4
• Working closely with class teachers to deliver tailored support
• Assisting with classroom management and lesson preparation
• Providing one-to-one or small group interventions when needed
• Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Experience working with secondary-aged students (preferred but not essential)
• A patient, caring, and proactive attitude
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A genuine interest in education and student development
• An enhanced DBS on the update service (or be willing to apply for one)
