Location: Carmarthen SA33
Hours: 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM (Monday to Friday)
Daily Rate: £89.38 - £100
Start Date: ASAP (Pending vetting requirements)

Your Role as a Teaching Assistant

Maintain a positive and engaging learning environment.
Support the teacher in setting up lessons and daily activities.
Supervise and assist children during playtime and lunch breaks.
Provide 1:1 or small group support to students who need extra help.
Encourage confidence and learning through a fun and creative approach.

What We’re Looking For

A passion for working with children and supporting their educational journey.

Patience, enthusiasm, and the ability to adapt to different learning needs.

Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in an educational setting is preferred but not essential.

A proactive, flexible approach with strong communication and teamwork skills.

A child-enhanced DBS and EWC registration (or willingness to obtain these).
