We are currently seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to work for our partner primary schools that are seeking new staff for the next academic year.

The Teaching Assistant will play a vital role in supporting teaching staff and facilitating the learning process for students across various subject areas.

Responsibilities:

·Assist teaching staff in preparing and delivering engaging and interactive lessons, including the preparation of teaching materials and resources.

·Provide one-on-one support to students who require additional assistance or guidance, helping them to understand concepts and complete tasks.

·Lead small group activities and interventions to support students' learning and development.

·Assist with the assessment and evaluation of student progress, providing feedback to both students and teachers.

·Support the management of classroom behaviour, promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment.

·Help to create a welcoming and supportive atmosphere in the classroom, building positive relationships with students and fostering their confidence and independence.

·Collaborate with teaching staff and other members of the school community to ensure the overall success and well-being of students.

Requirements:

·Minimum of a Level 2 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools, or equivalent.

·Previous experience working with children or young people in an educational setting is desirable.

·Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.

·Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with young people and supporting their learning and development.

·Ability to work effectively as part of a team, as well as independently, with a proactive and flexible approach to tasks.
