Teaching Personnel Ltd. are recruiting reliable Supply Teaching Assistants to work across Northamptonshire, including Raunds and surrounding towns.

You will support teachers, assist pupils in small groups, and help deliver lessons in a variety of schools. This temporary agency role offers flexible day-to-day assignments, competitive daily rates, and ongoing support from a dedicated consultant to fit around your availability.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in an educational setting.

• Available for temporary supply assignments.
• Willing to travel to multiple Northamptonshire schools.
• Experience with SEND is advantageous but not essential.

Opportunities are available in Northampton, Kettering, Corby, Wellingborough, Stanwick, and surrounding areas, supporting schools with their day-to-day staffing requirements.
This role is ideal for candidates with previous Teaching Assistant experience who are passionate about helping pupils access learning while gaining experience across different educational settings. Flexibility is essential, as assignments may be offered across various locations depending on school needs.

• Has experience supporting pupils with SEND (advantageous but not essential)
