About the Role:

  • Provide classroom support to teachers and pupils, ensuring a positive learning environment
  • Assist with the delivery of lessons and classroom activities across Early Years, Key Stage 1, or Key Stage 2
  • Offer 1:1 or small group support where needed
  • Contribute to pupils’ academic and personal development
  • Work collaboratively with school staff and follow behaviour and safeguarding policies
Requirements:
  • Hold aLevel 2 or Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning
    OR
    Hold aLevel 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification
  • Have prior experience working with children in a school or nursery setting
  • Be enthusiastic, adaptable, and confident supporting a range of needs
  • A valid enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one)
