Hendon Prep, part of Blenheim Schools Group, is seeking a Teaching Assistant to support learning across the school and supervise after-school activities. The role focuses on creating a safe, inclusive environment where pupils are encouraged to grow in confidence and achieve their best.

Ideal candidates will have GCSEs in English and Maths, plus experience with primary-aged children, and strong communication and organisational skills. January 2027 start.

Qualifications

• Has GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics.
• Has experience working with primary-aged children.
• Builds positive and trusting relationships with students and colleagues.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Demonstrates patience, resilience, empathy and a positive attitude.

Responsabilités

• Support students in lessons to access learning and make progress.
• Lead and supervise after-school provision from 3:30pm to 6:00pm.
• Work with teachers to deliver tailored support and reinforce learning.
• Foster a positive, inclusive and well-managed classroom environment.
