Job description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our hardworking, friendly team. You may be working in class supporting a range of pupils or 1:1 with pupils with additional needs. You will also cover the lunchtime period.

Working hours are 12.20pm to 3.20pm Monday to Friday, term time only plus training days.

Although initially for the 2025/26 academic year, this will be reviewed annually.

The closing date for applications is midday on Monday 7th July 2025 with interviews scheduled for Thursday 10th July 2025. However, we may close the vacancy at an earlier point if a suitable candidate becomes available.

The successful applicant will:

  • have a creative approach that will inspire, challenge and motivate learners
  • has high expectations in the terms of children’s behaviour and learning
  • is willing to contribute positively to the life of the school and it’s community
  • can work flexibly and effectively as a team member
