Culverstone Green Primary School in Kent is looking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed Teaching Assistant to join our talented and supportive team.

The role is for 23.75 hours per week, Monday to Friday 08.30am to 1.15pm, 38 weeks per year. The full-time salary is paid on Kent Scheme A, £26,168 (September 2026 pay) full time equivalent, pro-rata to an actual salary of £14,330.63

Qualifications

• TA qualification with GCSEs in English & Maths A-C or equivalent.
• Experience with children with learning difficulties or delivering interventions.
• Commitment to high expectations of children's learning and behaviour.
• Excellent communication and personal skills; flexible attitude.
• Two references required prior to commencement.

• hold a TA qualification with GCSEs in English & Maths A-C or equivalent
• committed to high expectations of children's learning and behaviour
• excellent communication and personal skills and a flexible attitude.
