The Arthur Terry Learning Partnership seeks a dedicated Teaching Assistant for a one-on-one role at Anna Seward Primary School. The Arthur Terry Learning Partnership is a highly successful Multi Academy Trust (MAT) encompassing 6 secondary schools, 17 primary schools, 1 all-through school, a Teaching School Hub, and School Centred Initial Teacher Training provider. Our schools are based in North Birmingham, Tamworth, Lichfield, North Warwickshire and Coventry.
Teaching Assistant – One to One
Part Time, fixed term until 31st August 2026
Required for September 2025
A vacancy has arisen for a Teaching Assistant at Anna Seward Primary School, working on a 1:1 basis with a specific pupil. This role is on a fixed term basis until the end of next academic year, due to external funding received.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and outstanding practitioner to join our growing team, and support teaching staff in the development and education of pupils including the provision of specialist skills.
The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a 1:1 role within a primary setting, and experience of adapting curriculum to meet the needs of the pupil.
Salary: Level 2 - £24,404 - £25,183 full time equivalent. Actual salary £18,768 - £19,367
Level 3 - £25,153 – £26,409 full time equivalent. Actual salary £19,367 - £20,310
Hours: 32 hrs and 30 minutes per week, term time only
Location: This role will be based at Anna Seward Primary School, Bridgeman Way, Lichfield, Staffordshire WS14 0AL
Start Date: Required for September 2025
