Exciting Opportunity: 1:1 Teaching Assistant in Bristol!

Are you dedicated to supporting children’s learning and development? We are looking for a compassionate and skilled 1:1 Teaching Assistant to join our team in Bristol!

What You'll Do:

1. Provide tailored support to an individual student with specific educational needs
2. Help implement personalised learning plans and strategies
3. Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment
4. Collaborate with teachers and specialists to ensure the best outcomes for the student

What We’re Looking For:

1. Experience working with children, particularly those with special educational needs
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
3. Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping others succeed
4. Relevant qualifications in education or special needs (desirable but not essential)
