Are you a passionate newly graduate looking to work in a school setting?

Do you have aspirations of taking your career to the next level by working in a school setting?

  • Position; Graduate Teaching Assistant
  • ASAP Start or September 2025 start
  • Primary school based in Wandsworth
  • £90-£110 per day
  • Full time, Monday to Friday 8:30am-4pm

Key Responsibilities as a Graduate Teaching Assistant:

  • Support children with a range of special educational needs in both individual and group settings
  • Assist the class teacher in implementing tailored learning programs
  • Foster a nurturing, inclusive environment to help students thrive academically and socially
  • Provide one-on-one support and adapt resources to suit individual learning needs

What The School Are Looking For As A Graduate Teaching Assistant:

  • A caring and empathetic individual with a strong commitment to improving the educational experience of children with SEN
  • Previous experience in a school or similar setting is preferred, but not essential
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and parents
  • A positive, patient, and flexible approach to challenges
