St Richard’s Catholic Primary School, Chichester, is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support teaching staff and learners. You’ll assist with planning, preparation and delivery of lessons, create resources, and provide pastoral support to pupils.

The role requires a minimum of 3 GCSEs including English and Maths; Teaching Assistant qualification is desirable. You’ll work closely with teachers to assess progress and help meet each pupil’s learning needs.

Formación

• A minimum of 3 GCSEs at C grade or above, including English and Maths.
• Teaching Assistant qualification desirable.
• Experience of class supervision and assisting with lesson provision to achieve positive learning outcomes.
• Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work in tandem with teaching staff.

• Assist with planning, preparation and delivery of lesson provision, both on a whole-class and individual basis.
• Prepare resources to support learning activities.
• Support pupils pastorally and monitor progress.
