Support pupils one-to-one and in small groups to help them succeed
Create a warm, engaging and inclusive learning environment
Encourage social, emotional, and academic development
Help manage classroom behaviour and daily routines
Monitor progress and provide feedback to the class teacher
Experience working with children (school-based preferred)
A positive, patient, and proactive approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A genuine interest in inclusive education
SEN experience is a plus
Relevant qualifications or training are welcome but not essential
A friendly and supportive school community
