Teaching Assistant - Primary School (LU3, Bedfordshire)
£90 - £105 per day (DOE) | Full-time | Long-term

A welcoming Primary School in the LU3 area of Bedfordshire is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join their team. The school is looking for someone confident, adaptable, and ready to get involved from day one, supporting pupils who require additional help, including those with SEN needs.

The Role:
* Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils across the primary age range
* Deliver intervention groups focusing on areas such as phonics and times tables
* Assist in creating an inclusive, engaging learning environment
* Work closely with teaching staff to tailor support to individual learning needs

About You:
* Hold a CACHE/NVQ Level 2 or above in Supporting Teaching and Learning, or have proven UK Primary classroom experience
* Confident supporting children with additional needs and academic interventions
* Proactive, flexible, and able to hit the ground running
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
