Job summary

Aim High Academy Trust is seeking a committed Teaching Assistant (Level 2) to join our school team in Sunderland. The post is 32.5 hours per week, term-time plus inset days, with a maternity cover from February 2027 until the return of the post holder.

The successful candidate will be an outstanding practitioner, proficient in supporting teaching and learning, an effective communicator, and willing to engage in both the formal and informal curriculum and school life.

Qualifications

• Must have Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification.
• Proficient in supporting delivery of all aspects of teaching and learning.
• Outstanding practitioner with high expectations.
