Are you a dedicated and caring Teaching Assistant looking for flexible work in Maidstone and the nearby areas? If you’re experienced in classroom support, then Three R’s Teacher Recruitment can help you find the right school placement to suit your skills and availability.

We work with a wide network of Primary and Secondary schools across Maidstone and beyond – offering general classroom support as well as 1:1 and SEN roles for those with relevant experience.

Teaching Assistant responsibilities:

• Support pupils with their learning in small groups or 1:1
• Assist the class teacher in managing the classroom
• Encourage positive behaviour and inclusion
• Adapt support to meet individual pupil needs
• Help prepare learning materials and resources

Teaching Assistant requirements:

• Relevant experience supporting children in the classroom
• A flexible, patient, and nurturing approach
• Confidence to support across various year groups or subjects
• Right to work in the UK
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
