Teaching Assistant Primary School, Maidstone
Full-Time, Long-Term Contract (September 2025 July 2026)
Start Date: September 2025

Are you a qualified and compassionate Teaching Assistant living in the Maidstone area? Are you passionate about inclusive education and ready to make a positive impact on pupils' learning and development?

One of our lovely partner primary schools in Maidstone is looking for a dedicated and flexible Teaching Assistant to join their team from September 2025 until at least July 2026. This is a fantastic full-time opportunity to support children across a range of abilities, including pupils with special educational needs (SEND), as well as providing general classroom support.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has experience working in primary settings, either in mainstream or with SEND pupils
  • Is flexible across year groups and happy to support wherever needed in the school
  • Has a calm, inclusive, and caring approach to learning and behaviour support
  • Can build positive relationships with children and staff
  • Ideally has experience with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), speech and language needs, or other learning differences
  • Holds a recognised Teaching Assistant qualification (e.g., CACHE Level 2 or 3)
  • Holds an Enhanced DBS on the update service (or is willing to apply for one)
