Larches High School is a Secondary Alternative Provision school providing full-time education for up to 125 pupils unable to access mainstream provision. The Governors are seeking an enthusiastic, dynamic, and dedicated individual to join as a Teaching Assistant for Construction and Building Crafts - Exploring Construction & Building Crafts at KS4. The role involves supporting the development of a new Construction provision, including workshops and a classroom for theory.
The successful candidate will deliver high-quality practical support, help create an engaging hands-on learning environment, and ensure health and safety standards are maintained, supporting pupils to develop appropriate workplace behaviors.
This is a part-time, term-time position; salary is based on full-time equivalent, paid pro-rata. CVs are not accepted; please complete the attached application form.
