The Kingsley School is seeking a calm, compassionate Teaching Assistant, Lunchtime Supervisor and Afterschool Care Assistant to join our Preparatory School team in Leamington Spa. You will support pupils during lunch breaks and after-school care, working closely with teachers to provide a safe and positive learning environment.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate excellent communication, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work as part of a team across three roles in one position.

About this Role

The Kingsley School is seeking a calm, compassionate and organised Teaching Assistant, Lunchtime Supervisor and Afterschool Care Assistant to join our Preparatory School team.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and people skills, a positive mindset, and a forward-thinking approach to the three in one position of Teaching Assistant, Lunchtime Supervisor and After School Care Assistant.

Hours of Work: 30 hours per week, 12pm to 6pm during term time

Weeks per Year: 35.4 weeks per year

Salary: £16,195 pro-rated, actual salary per annum

Closing date: Monday 12th October 2026
