The Role: As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

* Lesson Preparation: Assist the class teacher with lesson preparation and organisation.
* Positive Environment: Help in building and maintaining a positive learning environment.
* Student Assessment: Assess student work and provide constructive feedback.
* Lesson Delivery: Support the class teacher in the delivery of engaging lessons.
* Individual Support: Work with small groups and on a 1:1 basis to support individual learning needs.
* Activity Supervision: Supervise group activities and ensure productive participation.
* Administrative Tasks: Carry out administrative tasks to support classroom management.

Requirements:

* Eligibility to work in the UK.
* Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant experience or a relevant degree.
* Recent and relevant references.
