Salary: £32,115 - £35,235 per annum
The Governors at North Ridge High School seek to appoint dynamic, hardworking individuals who will live up to our school motto of “do your best” and are able to support pupils with special educational needs.
You will have considerable experience as a teaching assistant and be an enthusiastic, visionary, and solution-focused leader to develop the skills of other teaching assistants within the classroom.
You will serve as a strong role model for other teaching assistants in the school.
The successful applicants will benefit from working in a school with a positive, caring ethos where teamwork is valued and a supportive staff development and training programme is available.
About the Candidate
This TA4 cover role is shared between two people due to the size of the school.
You will liaise with another TA4 for daily cover responsibilities, which include managing supply agency staff and providing teacher cover for absences.
