Teaching Assistant in Loughborough, Leicestershire – SEN / 1:1 / EYFS

Start date: Immediate – September 2024! – Long-term position

We are seeking experienced early years Primary School Teaching Assistants who are looking for a new challenge and wish to join a strong team in local schools in your area.

We welcome applications from those with experience in Nurseries, Phonics, or SEND backgrounds.

As an EYFS Learning Support Assistant, we expect you to be an outstanding team member with the following qualifications and qualities:

  • Level 2 or above childcare or TA qualification, or Degree Qualified/Similar
  • Experience working within schools at EYFS level
  • Confidence in your role
  • Ability to provide quality support to teachers and pupils
  • Experience in small group work and working with individuals based on teachers' plans
  • Ability to think quickly and adapt
