A leading educational institution in Oldham is looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant Level 3 to support students in the Aspire Centre. The role involves providing behavior intervention and assisting vulnerable students with their learning needs. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills and a passion for motivating students. A comprehensive CPD package will be provided to enhance professional development.
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 8.00am to 3.45pm, and Friday 8.00am to 3.30pm (36 hours per week). This role is term time, plus 5 additional days during closure periods.
Actual Salary: £22,715 to £24,621

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team in the Aspire Centre, an internal alternative provision for students. You will work under guidance to provide behaviour intervention and support students in overcoming barriers to learning, including one-to-one and small group interventions for vulnerable students, SEND needs, and behaviour support.
This role is suitable for candidates with experience working with children, seeking a friendly and purposeful environment. A comprehensive CPD package will be provided.
