Job summary

St. Thomas More R.C. Primary School in Middleton, Manchester is seeking a Teaching Assistant to join our school team from October/ November 2026. This is a fantastic opportunity to join our school and shape the future.

We need teaching assistants with a passion to join our friendly dynamic Catholic school. The successful candidate will work 32.5 hours per week on a term-time pattern, with a temporary contract pending staffing review, and will develop professionally as part of a dedicated team.

Grade: Grade 5 (SCP 12 – 17)

Contract Type: Temporary

Hours: 32.5 Hours Per Week

Actual Salary: £21,510 - £23,333
