What You’ll Be Doin
  • Supporting teaching and learning across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
  • Working with a whole class or delivering small group interventions or 1:1 support
  • Helping pupils stay on track academically and emotionally
  • Supporting positive behaviour and clear routines
What You’ll Need

We’re seeking someone with a calm, adaptable approach and a genuine passion for working with diverse learners:

Experience: Experience working with children in a school or childcare setting

Skills: Strong communication skills, a warm patient approach, and safeguarding awareness

Bonus if you have: Experience with SEND, trauma-informed approaches or EAL learners
