Job summary

Oakwood Academy is an Outstanding Specialist Arts, Technology and Sports College based in Ellesmere Park Eccles for pupils with MLD and CLD. We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated Teaching Assistant Level 3 to support learning and help pupils reach their full potential.

This permanent post is term-time only, 32.5 hours per week plus 5 pupil development days, with a satisfactory six-month probation. Applicants should have excellent communication, literacy and ICT skills, and be able to work

Salary Grade: 10-12 / Point 10 - £27,694 (pro-rated total per annum inclusive of SNA 1)

Working Pattern: Term Time Only

Working Hours: 32.5 Hours plus 5 PDD

Contract Type: Permanent, subject to a satisfactory 6 month probationary period
