Job description

Contract Details
Hours: 30 per week, Monday to Friday 9am-3.30pm
Contract: Fixed term until 31 July 2025

As such, we are seeking a caring and committed Teaching Assistant who can inspire, motivate and support the children in our Year 1/2 class. Our ideal candidate will be someone who:

  1. Is confident, resilient, and dedicated
  2. Has previous experience of working with and supporting children of relevant age in a school environment.
  3. Has a good knowledge of SEN Provision
  4. Has good communication skills and a willingness to work constructively as part of a supportive team.
  5. Has good Literacy and Numeracy skills.
  6. Has the ability to build successful working relationships with both children, staff and parents.
  7. Has a personal commitment to on-going professional development.
