A large primary academy in Wolverhampton seeks an experienced Teaching Assistant Level 2 to support children's learning. The role involves working closely with teachers to develop and deliver an appropriate curriculum, ensuring children are nurtured and motivated to achieve their goals.

St John’s is a large, successful primary academy that is committed to providing an excellent education for its pupils. The Governors wish to appoint an experienced and qualified Teaching Assistant.
Applications are invited from an enthusiastic, hard-working LSA who has experience of and a passion for supporting children’s learning in school. The successful candidate will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and hold the relevant qualifications.
The position is a mixed role to support children with a range of learning. If appointed, you will work alongside a team of teachers and other practitioners to develop and deliver an appropriate curriculum in line with the children’s needs. You will need a strong understanding of the Primary curriculum and your experience of supporting children will be fundamental to ensure the pupils you support are nurtured, motivated, encouraged to learn and achieve realistic goals, both socially and academically.
