A leading school in Rochdale is seeking a dedicated teaching assistant to join their team. The role involves supporting children's learning, particularly those with special educational needs, and fostering a positive learning environment. Ideal candidates will have experience in early years education and a passion for helping children achieve their best. Ongoing training and a supportive team environment are offered.
Grade: Grade 3, SCP 5 - 6
Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: 35 hours per week
Working Pattern: Term time only
Actual Salary: £20,080 - £20,398

The Governing Body would like to appoint a highly motivated, enthusiastic and talented teaching assistant to our team. SEND and classroom experience is advantageous.
The successful candidate will support the learning and development of children of all abilities. We are looking for a good team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to relate well to children and have the commitment and enthusiasm to improve pupil achievement. The right candidate will ideally have EYFS experience and join our highly dedicated and supportive team to help us improve further on our learning journey and enable each of our children to achieve their best. Ongoing training will be offered and you will be well supported within a strong staff team.
