KS2 Teaching Assistant Level 2 Vacancies from September 2025

32.5 hours per week - Permanent

Term time + 5 days Grade D (point 6-11)

The Headteacher and Governors of Pikes Lane Primary School are seeking to appoint a committed and proactive KS2 teaching assistant to join our team from September 2025.

Successful applicants will be able to:

  1. Show their enthusiasm for children’s learning and ongoing progress
  2. Demonstrate their commitment to Pikes Lane
  3. Evidence a proactive approach to classroom support
  4. Demonstrate flexibility and resilience in adapting to the changing needs of different year groups
  5. Have experience of supporting pupils in becoming fluent readers
  6. Have a minimum of 12 months paid experience working in primary schools
