• Deliver targeted learning activities in small groups.
• Support class teachers and supervise pupils to maintain focus and safety.
• Monitor progress and report to the teacher or supervisor.
• Assist in planning work programmes for individuals and groups.
• Promote equality, dignity and respect in line with policy.
