Job summary

Birchwood Primary School, part of the Community Academies Trust, is seeking an experienced Level 2 Teaching Assistant to join a dedicated team. You will support pupils' learning, assist teachers in the classroom, and contribute to a positive school environment.

We offer strong professional development, a supportive staff network, and opportunities to work across our academy primary schools. Experience in a primary TA2 role is ideal. Closing date to be advised.

Qualifications

  • Experience as Level 2 Teaching Assistant in a primary school setting is desirable.
  • Strong contribution to a positive learning environment and pupil support.
  • Able to work effectively as part of a team with teachers and staff.

Responsibilities

  • Support pupils with activities and learning tasks under supervision.
  • Assist teaching staff with classroom management and organisation.
  • Contribute to a positive, safe, and inclusive school environment.

A unique opportunity has arisen to join a passionate team of staff at Birchwood Primary School, part of the growing Community Academies Trust.

The Governors of Birchwood Primary School are seeking an experienced Level 2 Teaching assistant to join a highly motivated and successful team of knowledgeable staff.

The successful candidate will ideally have experience of working in a TA2 role within a primary school.
