Job summary

Christ The King Catholic High School is seeking a flexible and supportive role to understand the needs of children and young people. The successful candidate will develop a range of strategies to promote a positive attitude to learning, with a creative and innovative approach to supporting our students.

You will be willing to model and support the Catholic ethos of CtK and work to help all students regardless of learning barriers.

• Promote a good attitude to learning and support students in their educational journey.
• Support vulnerable or disaffected students to improve life chances.
• Be aware of child protection and safeguarding processes.
• Help students overcome negative behaviours.
• Support all students irrespective of their learning barriers.
