Irby Primary School is seeking a highly enthusiastic TA2 to join the KS2 team. The role requires hard-working, self-motivated individuals with a passion for education for all and a commitment to excellence.

Hours are 24.25 per week (08:45-12:30 three days, 08:45-15:45 two days) for 38 weeks plus additional INSET hours. DBS check and safeguarding processes are required. Closing date: 9 Oct 2026. Visits welcomed via [e-mail].

• Join KS2 team to support learning and development.
• Help sustain development of the school as part of a dedicated team.
• Assist with timetable and running of lessons according to part-time hours.

Job description

Irby Primary School is part of Oak Trees Multi Academy Trust, which consists of 13 schools on the Wirral Peninsula. Irby Primary School is a happy and successful one form entry school with enthusiastic, highly motivated, friendly and happy staff and children.

We require and extremely enthusiastic, hard-working and self motivated TA2 to join our KS2 team as soon as possible. We are looking for someone who is passionate about education for all who constantly strives for excellence and can continue the development of our school as part of a dedicated team.

The hours are 24.25 per week, working 08:45-12:30 3 days a week and 08:45-15:45 2 days a week for 38 weeks plus 24.25 hours INSET hours throughout the year.
