Millwood School is a well-established, outstanding and inclusive special school for children with significant additional educational needs. We are seeking conscientious teaching assistants (level 2) to join our dedicated team.

• Be warm, supportive, resilient and nurturing, demonstrating unconditional positive regard to all pupils
• Be hardworking, organised and creative.
• Be committed to creating a safe and fun environment for children to learn and develop
• Demonstrate the ability to work across the school within a team under the guidance of the teacher to contribute to, and implement, agreed programmes of study and individual learning objectives; programmes of therapy to support communication and physical development; individual behaviour plans.
