Qualifications

• Hours: 30 hours per week, term time only + training days.

• Experience with complex young people and supporting education delivery is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Follow the direction of the teacher and support individuals and small groups.
• Prepare classrooms and materials and build positive relationships with children.
• Support pupils with needs ranging from autistic spectrum conditions to attachment difficulties and developmental trauma.
