Job OverviewGoole Academy is looking to appoint five Teaching Assistants Level 1 to join our academy in September 2025 on a part-time, permanent basis.

Your new roleAs a Teaching Assistant Level 1, you will work under the direct instruction of teaching/senior staff, usually in a classroom with the teacher. You will support pupils to ensure they can access learning and provide general support to the teacher in managing pupils and the classroom.
Hours: 30 hours per week / Term Time only plus 5 days / Permanent
Working Pattern: Mon, Wed to Fri 08:15 to 14:30; Tuesdays 08:15 to 16:15

Your new schoolGoole Academy serves a community with a rich industrial and maritime history. Located just off Junction 36 of the M62, many students live within walking distance. The academy is fed by 10 primary schools of varying sizes.
